Delaware Software Consulting Since 1986
Get connected to everything, ready for anything.
So how do you know the best platform or technology to use, or the best direction to take? It's an art more than it is a science. I have been in the public sector consulting since 1986, so I think I do a good job relative to other software consulting companies when it comes to getting to the heart of the problem quickly.
Delaware Customers

Some information I know about Delaware is I believe the state was admitted or ratified to the United States around or about 'December 7, 1787'. Delaware is located around latitude '39' and longitude of '-75.5' and has a population of roughly '989,948 million'. If I remember correctly the capital is 'Dover' and the largest city is 'Wilmington'.
To be a really good software consulting firm, your team needs to possess certain skills. I have listed a few of them below.

When Syngenta needed software for their crop protection division, they looked to me to deliver a system that updated sales territories on a data warehousing system built by Robin Hooker. I delivered a Visual Basic 6.0 framework to ensure all sales territories mapped back to correct postal zip codes and across custom geographic coverages.
"The tool looks great and I'm impressed with what you've done. Thanks for the hard work."

Ask The Right Questions
Consulting is like solving a puzzle. To solve your puzzle, together I need to put the pieces in the right position. To figure out where your pieces go, I need to ask many questions. Some questions provide very little value, while others are key to your puzzle.
Software consulting is similar. To get the best answers, I need to ask the best questions and spend as little time as possible on the wrong ones. I find some individuals are close vest with the information, some feel their jobs are stake and some I have found are leaving and don't feel the need to share in responding in a helpful manner to the questions. I know how to tackle these issues.
As software consultants, the way I attack your specific problem allows us to get to the most important aspects of your project as quickly as possible.
If at any point you decide to reach to me just know the area code I work within for Delaware is '302'. For Software Consulting assistance you will find my rates very reasonable for Delaware. Now just keep in mind my time zone is 'Eastern Standard Time (EST)' and I know the time zones in Delaware are 'Eastern Standard Time (EST)' in case you wish to call me. Anyway let me continue.
Be A Good Listener
Once we've asked the right questions, I need to then be a good listener. By listening to your answers and understanding your answers, I gather the most useful information to help you. In reality, I am processing the information you provide and grow to understand your unique problems, thus knowing the business of your business. I ask relevant questions, and listen to your answers.
Confirm The Obvious
I never fail to confirm the obvious. As I am listening to your answers. I may repeat your reply to my question, simply confirming my understanding and avoiding confusion later. It just isn't good enough to go through the motions here. As professional software consultants, I need to completely get it.
Brainstorming
Throwing ideas around in a highly collaborative fashion. Of course, I also rely on my experience, wisdom, and more to come up with the best solutions to your problem.
You know, I don't make it out to Delaware much but I would like to see the 'Blue Hen Chicken' state bird. I am a little familiar with the Delaware 'Peach blossom' state flower as well. However, I do not know much about Delaware's state tree the 'American Holly'. Fishing is fun to me perhaps I would like reeling in the Delaware 'Weakfish' state fish. Anyway, sorry I went off topic. Let me continue.
The more complex your project is, the more critical communication becomes. If I cannot communicate at a high level (due to language or cultural barriers, for example), there is no way I am going to get the same vision. It's just not going to happen.
Practical Advice
I provide practical advice within your specific constraints, which probably involves time, money (budget), and other factors. You need good advice, but you also need practical advice. So my services are designed to come to the optimal solution - customized precisely for you.
