Maine Agile 5 = Coaching

Being a coach is ones call to action for the future of work.

Congratulations!  You stayed with me through all the enterprise Agile Phases.  Hopefully you didn't get visually discouraged or throw up.  Good, now you can relax and perhaps jump into agile coaching.

Maine Customers

Maine Flag

Some information I know about Maine is I believe the state was admitted or ratified to the United States around or about 'March 15, 1820'.  Maine is located around latitude '45.367584' and longitude of '-68.972168' and has a population of roughly '1,362,359 million'.  If I remember correctly the capital is 'Augusta' and the largest city is 'Portland'.

Coaching

The biggest part of being an agile coach is knowing agile but just as important is 'Knowing the Business of your Business'.  Engaging co-workers in the process means understanding their work effort and how it integrates into the big picture of workforce automation.

Agile Software

I am going to assume by this point you are well versed in your organizations Project Management software.  Know it inside and out.  Know what you have seen work in the organization and not.  Explain sprints, the cadence, process, kanban and even scrumban.  I won't go into the nitty gritty details here.  If you need in agile coaching just call me.  I will be glad to help.

If at any point you decide to reach to me just know the area code I work within for Maine is '207'.  For Agile 5 = Coaching assistance you will find my rates very reasonable for Maine.  Now just keep in mind my time zone is 'Eastern Standard Time (EST)' and I know the time zones in Maine are 'Eastern Standard Time (EST)' in case you wish to call me.  Anyway let me continue.

Certifications

Ok, if you have been in this field as long as I have certifications don't mean much.  Experience means more.  If you don't have the experience then certifications, are a must.  So, hop into Agile, Scrum, Safe framework certifications if you need to.

You know, I don't make it out to Maine much but I would like to see the 'Chickadee' state bird.  I am a little familiar with the Maine 'Pine cone & tassle' state flower as well.  However, I do not know much about Maine's state tree the 'Eastern White Pine'.  Fishing is fun to me perhaps I would like reeling in the Maine 'Landlocked salmon (Salmo salar Sebago)' state fish.  Anyway, sorry I went off topic.  Let me continue.

Ok, That is it for my Agile process overview.
