Illinois Waste Management Software
If you didn't know, most waste management programs regulate safe management of solid waste through guidance, technical assistance, regulations, permitting, environmental monitoring, compliance evaluation and enforcement. Waste types handled at these facilities include municipal solid waste, industrial waste, construction and demolition waste, land-clearing waste, scrap tires, compost and septage.
Illinois Customers

Some information I know about Illinois is I believe the state was admitted or ratified to the United States around or about 'December 3, 1876'. Illinois is located around latitude '40' and longitude of '-89' and has a population of roughly '12,812,508 million'. If I remember correctly the capital is 'Springfield' and the largest city is 'Chicago'.
Waste System Permits
Most states like North Carolina's solid waste section for instance, does not have the statutory authority to issue permits for the installation of domestic septic systems (e.g. septic tanks and /or nitrification field lines). That authority lies with and is the responsibility of your local government (i.e. county or other municipal government).

As you read what I have learned about this industry please know this is an area I have limited knowledge in but would like more exposure to.
What do Modern Day Landfills Resemble?
Modern landfills are well-engineered and managed facilities for the disposal of solid waste. Landfills are located, designed, operated and monitored to ensure compliance with federal regulations. They are also designed to protect the environment from contaminants, which may be present in the waste stream. Landfills cannot be built in environmentally-sensitive areas, and they are placed using on-site environmental monitoring systems. These monitoring systems check for any sign of groundwater contamination and for landfill gas, as well as provide additional safeguards. Today's landfills must meet stringent design, operation and closure requirements established under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
There are items you should never see at a landfill such as health care items or pharmaceutical items which have regulatory disposal guidelines. The same goes for refinery products such as oil which also has regulatory disposal guidelines.
What is City Waste Management?
Every city in the United States has a 'Recycling and Waste Collection Department' which typically maintains high standards of guarding public health, cleanliness and environmental protection by managing the timely collection and disposal of recycling, garbage, and yard waste generated by the citizens.
Any area subject to more tourism has an increase in waste as well. From food or beverage or textiles etc. you will find more in tourism areas typically disposed of in inappropriate ways. Construction crews also have a large amount of waste.

For Waste Management assistance you will find my rates very reasonable for Illinois. Now just keep in mind my time zone is 'Eastern Standard Time (EST)' and I know the time zones in Illinois are 'Central Standard Time (CST)' in case you wish to call me. Anyway let me continue.
How does Trash Pickup Services Work?
Every city also has trash pickup service schedules. Away from municipalities most areas have some form of trash pickup and in those areas where there isn't citizens simply dispose of their trash at disposal areas.
You know, I don't make it out to Illinois much but I would like to see the 'Cardinal' state bird. I am a little familiar with the Illinois 'Native violet' state flower as well. However, I do not know much about Illinois's state tree the 'White Oak'. Fishing is fun to me perhaps I would like reeling in the Illinois 'Bluegill' state fish. Anyway, sorry I went off topic. Let me continue.
How does Landfill Separation Work?
Every landfill location across the United States has separation of particular waste by type for plastic, paper, metal etc. A large amount of automotive parts even make their way to landfills where those items are separated as well. Not to mention a lot of manufacturing waste which is especially prominent in based on furniture, textiles etc. Thankfully manu manufacturing companies have procedures in place to use their waste in innovative ways or to re-sell the waste to other companies that can utilize it.
The agriculture industry is one which has waste but typically none of it's waste makes it to landfills due to the reusability of agriculture waste in animal feed etc.
