Oregon Municipality Software Since 1998
Engage citizens with exciting activities and city services.
Did you know that if city services were to be impacted it would be devastating to citizens. Just about all services a city offers now run off of software. Citizens depend on utilities, streets, maintenance, police, fire and other departments to run.
Oregon Customers

Some information I know about Oregon is I believe the state was admitted or ratified to the United States around or about 'February 14, 1859'. Oregon is located around latitude '44' and longitude of '-120.5' and has a population of roughly '4,237,256 million'. If I remember correctly the capital is 'Salem' and the largest city is 'Portland'.

When the Parks and Recreation of the City of Greensboro needed a work order system, they came to me to develop it. Once that system was developed, they came to me for a survey system for the city buses, then Housing Community and Development utilized his expertise to spec out a new system for them. Whether city or federal government we can help.

When the GTA (Greensboro Transit Authority) which also operates Access GSO, a door-to-door and curb-to-curb paratransit service for passengers with disabilities needed a questionnaire system for their patrons they asked me if I could help since I had previously assisted the Parks and Recreation department. The resulting SCAT (Specialized Community Area Transportation) questionnaire system gave them a way to record questionnaires into a system for reporting and analysis.
"Eddie, the SCAT questionnaire system you created has really helped our department. Thank you!"

Mulicipality Services
Imagine for a minute all the services provided by a city. Take permits, inspections, property information, planning, city transportation, electricity, water, sewage, trash pickup and more. There is a lot to keep up with.
If at any point you decide to reach to me just know the area codes I am familiar with for Oregon are '458, 503, 541, 971'. For Municipalities assistance you will find my rates very reasonable for Oregon. Now just keep in mind my time zone is 'Eastern Standard Time (EST)' and I know the time zones in Oregon are 'Most of the state: Pacific Standard Time (PST) / Part of Malheur County: Mountain Standard Time (MST)' in case you wish to call me. Anyway let me continue.
Mulicipality Billing
Now imagine for a minute the billing side of things. I have experience that is similar and translates to all of these areas.
You know, I don't make it out to Oregon much but I would like to see the 'Western Meadowlark' state bird. I am a little familiar with the Oregon 'Oregon Grape' state flower as well. However, I do not know much about Oregon's state tree the 'Douglas fir'. Fishing is fun to me perhaps I would like reeling in the Oregon 'Chinook Salmon' state fish. Anyway, sorry I went off topic. Let me continue.
Having the appropriate software in local government to keep everything running is critical to governments success. Part of that success is the GOSCON conferences which are assisting government with moving towards more Open Source initiatives where dependency on Microsoft, Oracle and other sales based companies currently drives budgets and dependability with upgrades.
