Maryland Infrastructure

Build Sustainable Cities

Around the nation, public works leaders in cities and towns are continually challenged to address aging infrastructure or extend technology services to expanding populations.  There is always a need for expert services and advice to municipal clients with a focus on value engineering and integrated services, including pipelines that carry water to communities and backup power systems that help keep cities functioning.  Whatever the challenge, I stand ready to deliver the highest levels of excellence, so my customers can achieve optimal asset performance through software systems and project managment.

Maryland Customers

Maryland Flag

Some information I know about Maryland is I believe the state was admitted or ratified to the United States around or about 'April 28, 1788'.  Maryland is located around latitude '39.045753' and longitude of '-76.641273' and has a population of roughly '6,177,224 million'.  If I remember correctly the capital is 'Annapolis' and the largest city is 'Baltimore'.

For Hire

As you read what I have learned about this industry please know this is an area I have limited knowledge in but would like more exposure to.

What are City Communications?

At a broad level, government communications is the process of public institutions (and therein public workers) sharing and conveying information in relation to government actions.

This communication of information includes intergovernmental telecommunications correspondence (dialogue between local government departments, communications between local, state, and federal government entities,) working with private sector partners, as well as dialogue between government institutions and their constituents.

Relying on in person communication and interactions were something that local government officials took for granted until Covid-19 came around.  Antiquated workflows that required paper documentation, face to face interactions at the Clerks' Department window at City Hall, and meeting in person fell by the wayside as lockdowns left public workers with no choice but to work remotely, and close government buildings to the public.

Even as public officials move back into an in person routine, the critical need for innovation in government communications has become painfully evident as many bureaucratic processes became even slower than usual at the height of the pandemic.

What are Some City Renewables?

With municipalities renewables is a rapidly growing sector where production and treatment processes are constantly improving and changing, resulting in new challenges for operators, energy companies and plant designers.  More companies are investing in lower carbon energy systems that will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and minimize our impact on the natural environment.  Whether it's thermal energy, renewable gas, sustainable aviation fuel, biodiesel, blue hydrogen or other alternatives you need people that can effectively manage software projects to optimize your equipment and systems while helping reduce energy consumption.  Renewables are important to energy, manufacturing, agriculture, textiles and waste management to name a few.

If at any point you decide to reach to me just know the area codes I am familiar with for Maryland are '240, 301, 410, 443, 667'.  For City Infrastructure assistance you will find my rates very reasonable for Maryland.  Now just keep in mind my time zone is 'Eastern Standard Time (EST)' and I know the time zones in Maryland are 'Eastern Standard Time (EST)' in case you wish to call me.  Anyway let me continue.

How Importance are Power and Utilities?

The global need for reliable energy continues to increase, challenging the power generation industry to avoid costly downtime.  Keeping gas flowing and power plants online is critical to delivering the energy the world demands.  We bring together a highly experienced team of engineers and technicians to help you achieve the most affordable and effective solutions.  From traditional plant technologies to emerging markets like solar or geothermal, we can engineer a solution to fit your needs.

You know, I don't make it out to Maryland much but I would like to see the 'Baltimore Oriole' state bird.  I am a little familiar with the Maryland 'Black Eyed Susan' state flower as well.  However, I do not know much about Maryland's state tree the 'White Oak'.  Fishing is fun to me perhaps I would like reeling in the Maryland 'Striped Bass (rockfish)' state fish.  Anyway, sorry I went off topic.  Let me continue.

How Does Oil and Gas Fit In?

The modern refinery oil and gas industry depends on reliable, high-quality machinery and specialized equipment to fuel the world.  Mulicipalities need the specialized skills, commitment to safety and industry understanding to address today's energy needs as well as the needs of the future.  Whether breaking new ground, modernizing aging infrastructure, or eliminating downtime and reducing operating costs, your group needs the best solution and to execute the plan with excellence.  I enjoy helping clients make a transformational shift projects from legacy to modern.  I look forward to assisting your team meet new requirements while reducing energy consumption, controlling emissions, and improving operational efficiency.

Highways and Dams

Whether there are transportation corridor improvements for highways, new roads, bridges or even dams these projects need attention to detail and goals to ensure proper alignment to delivery.  Road quality and corridors impact local citizens as well as tourism through cities and states.

Need Assistance?

Ever have an idea about a product or service but lack the ability to develop that idea?  Are you looking for a reliable person/firm to build your software?  Perhaps you are in need of someone to manage projects and teams?
