Ok, let me discuss my experience as a Scrum Master / PM / BA AppDev & DevSecOps and how it relates to the past and future with a conversation based approach.

My Background
I have 45 Years years private and public sector career experience. I started out in computer programming in 1980 on a friends Apple II and Atari Commodore 64 computer saving data in those days to cassette tape. I am known as a veteran software developer turned Agile/Scrum Master with a proven track record of coaching, managing budgets, IT service management (ITSM/ITIL) focusing on IT services, software development and infrastructure for digital adoption, transition, transformation and modernization for Enterprise Project Management Office.
In 1986 I started work in the public sector assisting companies with project management , business analysis , leveraging integrations and custom software development to automate inefficient processes, launch new web applications, or extend customer services to mobile devices.
Clients know me for embracing proven technologies in clever ways to deliver accomplished results. Recruiters have referred to me as an instrument for change. As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach AppDev & DevSecOps I utilize my technical background and stay up to date on the latest technologies to manage complex highly visible projects.

Managing Budgets
I am more than happy to manage project 'Financials' regarding capex/opex and accruals but my rate will be higher because of the aggravation of adding financials to an already challenging role.
As for your business I am sure over the years, you've developed highly custom processes to help manage your business. I have seen needs and processes as unique as yours up close and personal. My experience gives me a unique perspective, which I apply to all my projects, including yours.
